Where is the serial number on my bike?

The serial number for your ebike is important for registering your bike with the organizations listed below. The serial number can be found on the head tube of the frame just below the handlebars and above the Gen3 Logo or on the Bottom Bracket shell on the underside of the bike between the pedals and cranks.
If your bike is lost or stolen, please contact us. We can mark the serial number in our system for future use.
